2022 Art in the Courthouse

- Entry forms will not be needed due to preregistration, but please make sure you have attached your name and contact information to the back of your artwork, this could be a business card or the AGOP small entry form.
- January 3, 2022. Pre-registration: All participants in this show must pre-register since space is limited. Summer Art Project participants will have priority. There is no entry fee. Preregistration is a new process that we are interested in implementing to make Take in and setting up the Exhibit more efficient.

- Historical Significance of your artwork (no more than 150 words) – if your artwork was included in the exhibit at Town Hall, just write “Summer Art project” in this line, we already have your paragraph on file.
- It should be noted that prices cannot be displayed on the wall card in the Courthouse. If someone is interested in purchasing the artwork, AGOP will coordinate the sale and AGOP will retain 15% of the sale for the scholarship fund.
- Take in: January 7, 2022 — 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Clay County Courthouse, 825 North Orange Avenue, 4th floor, in Green Cove Springs. Artists will need to go through metal screening before entering the elevators.
- Reception: NOTE DATE CHANGE: January 12, 2022 — 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm with special presentation at 5:15 pm. Artists will need to go through metal screening before entering the elevators.
- Take down: NOTE DATE CHANGE: April 13, 2022 — 10:00 am to 11:00 am on 4th floor of the courthouse Artists will need to go through metal screening before entering the elevators.
